Sweater weather, hoodie season, pumpkin spice lattes, and New York Fashion Week are just a few of the things that come to mind as soon as September starts. It’s also an excellent reminder to reevaluate the products in my skincare routines.To be honest, getting your glow on in the summer is as easy as pie. However, getting and keeping that glow once Ol’ Man Winter comes calling can take a bit more work.In the summer, moisture in the air helps skin look and feel dewy. But, as the temps get colder, that moisture slowly disappears from the air and your skin. Foaming cleansers can be drying, so I cut back on their use or remove them from my routine rather than fight science.
